Overall my expectations for transporting my vehicle were meet. The process was done in a timely manner with some minor hassles with the transport carrier but not Cascade company it self. The car came with several dents in the trunk which will have to be dealt with though the carriers insurance, but other than that the service was way cheaper, hassle free, and less harsh on my engine compared to driving the vehicle across country in the summer.
