Jeff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We encountered some problems, but he was able to help us quickly overcome them! Basically, we live in MT and the car was not being picked up, so he asked if there was another place we could send it to. We were able to pick up the car in CO and a driver picked it up right away. Jeff also helped us with a payment issue that came up unexpectedly and we are very grateful for his help with that. He has a great sense of humor and was very pleasant to chat with on the phone.
