Jeff from Cascade was very professional in explaining the procedures and setting up the pickup time. Jeff passed along the information to the driver, Jason.
Jason Maphon the driver from Pro Express communicated one day before the pickup and since I could not be there, he called my neighbour to have the car available.
Jason then made sure to keep me informed over the weekend where he was and the night before, confirmed again the delivery address. The morning of the delivery he again called 2 hours before delivery. The delivery was at the exact time he estimated the previous Friday.
Summary: The pickup was Friday in Minnesota and delivery on Monday in California. No issues. No damage. No complaints.
