I did quite a bit of research before I finally settled on Cascade Vehicle Shipping. I felt from the begining when I asked for a quote that I was a valued customer and that I was their top priority! I had talked to a few different companies and none of them made me feel as welcome, valued, and as comfortable as Kim did.

Kim answered all my questions that I had and kept me informed throught the entire process from begining to end and every point in between. Even if she missed a phone call from me, she was always prompt in calling me back, even if another representative had already answered my question.

Even after my vehicle was delivered, she took the time to make sure I was happy. Even asked if there was anything else I needed! That little extra effort goes a long way with me knowing that it wasn't just an open/closed order when the vehicle was delivered.

Cascade Vehicle shipping was not the cheapest route I could have gone, but it was well worth the extra penny for the peace of mind the company provided.
