All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.) Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. does not guarantee transport by any specific driver, carrier, or along any specific route. The trucking companies requested more funds because of the delivery location, it was Blaine Washington which is next to the Canadian border. Jeff explained all this to you at the time you set up your order, we are sorry if you misunderstood. He explained that because of the delivery location and the size of the vehicle, trucks may request more funds to transport. You were willing to pay this when Jeff found a truck. Again we are sorry for the confusion. The extra funds that were requested went to the trucking company not Cascade. Thanks
