I have absolutely no complaints with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Service was always prompt and efficient. The pickup and drop off times were very close to the actual dates- the vehicle was delivered a day late. At no time did I feel like I was dropping my auto into the unknown. The price for the shipping was very competitive. Although it was a couple of hundred dollars more than the lowest bidder, I went with the company based on the many positive reviews.
The only difficulty occurred when the driver requested that we pick up the vehicle within the delivery city. (Be advised that the drivers are independent contractors) Cascade was supportive in maintaining that the vehicle should be brought to the door. My wife stood firm and told the driver to deliver the vehicle to our home. The driver complied.
All in all, my experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was good to excellent. I would use their service again.
