Jeff and Cascade were terrific. I have had some bad experiences with transporting cars and this seemed to be the trend again when I started with another hightly rated carrier. This carrier gave me a Mass to Callifornia rate of $850.00 to ship my jeep in an open carrier. Since I was in no hurry, the contract said that the vehicle would be picked up on 14 days. On day 12 they said they found someone but it would cost me another $100 and on day 13 they said, the driver didn't qualify even though they had vouched for him a day earlier. . At day 14, I cancelled the contract with the other carrier and called Cascade.
It was cascade to the rescue! One day after my call to Cascade, Jeff had a driver pick up the car in Hyannis MA, something the other hightly rated broker could not get done in 14 days. My jeep was delivered to salinas CA in perfect condition one day ahead of schedule. Not a scratch, dent, ding or paint chip. The driver they had chosen was great. Good equipment, courteous and professional. Kudos the Cascade for their professionaism, freindly demanor and perfect execution. I would definitely use them again. And trust me, if I had not had a good experience, I would not be vouching for them regardless of any incentives that brokers sometimes give for wrting good reviews.
