I had arranged to ship my mercedes R320, though a competor of Cascade's, and after waiting for two weeks, for the vehicle to be picked-up, cancelled the contract with that carrier, and called Cascade. They arranged to pick up the car in a timely fashion, and delivered exactly when promised. They continued to call me during the shipping process, and provided the drivers name and phone number to allow for timing of the delivery to meet my needs. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends.
