Wayne, We are sorry if you feel that we were disorganized. We had three trucking companies assigned to pick up your vehicle. Because they did not fit your exact time line, we had to cancel to find another carrier. We were very prompt to find you a carrier each and everytime. I am a little unclear about what you mean by your terms because when you set up with you you got our terms and conditions so that means you are now working with in our terms. We found a truck to fit your timeframe, who was up to your standard for insurance which is fine. You had so many demands that we met, that for us to say that we are unorganized is a little bit of a stretch don't you think... Every person in our office spoke with you on numerous occasions and helped you every time. We are glad that you would use us again because of the trucker we chose for "your terms" was up to standard.
