I sent out several requests initially and Cascade returned my email with the most reasonable quote. I communicated with Nick and he was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. I got a call back later that day explaining that there was a truck found who would be able to pick up on the day the I requested. The pickup was on time and went extremely smooth. I was told that the truck would deliver my vehicle on a Tuesday and it didnt arrive until Friday of the same week. It wasn't much of an issue but it could have been if I had made significant plans around the expected delivery of the vehicle. However, the delivery went well, no items were stolen and the car was in the excellent condition. I would definitely use Cascade again and I would refer others as well. The communication was excellent and i knew what was happening every step of the way. Nick was always available and returned phone calls promptly.
