Nick from Cascade was a very nice guy. He seemed genuinely interested in offering the best service he could. Though we had a few bumps in the road along the way, my overall impression of the transport was positive. On two occasions, I was frustrated by issues that arose; however, Nick worked to help us work through them. Nick called roughly a week after I scheduled the pick up to explain the transport company they had contracted would require more money since we were shipping to Michigan and this was a more difficult move. While I understood the problem, I was not happy about being quoted and signing up for one price, but then receiving a different one. Nick was understanding of my frustration and eventually was willing to split the extra cost with me. When the first day of our estimated pick up came and went with no contact, Nick faithfully called and called until the truck arrived. The truck driver was very nice, and from the moment our Jeep went on the truck to delivery, we had decent contact and communication. The vehicle was delivered on time and in good condition with nothing broken or misplaced in the back where we had stored several items. Overall, it was a good experience and we were happy to have our car again!

Thanks for the review Becca thats awsome I'm glad I got this done for you in a timley fashion but at the most I'm glad I was able to make it feesable for you. As far as splitting the cost on the deposit , when I set anybody up with a deal and that kind of situation occurs, and I quote "I will do everything in my power to not change your price and still get your vehicle safely to you". If you ever need anything done again please come back I'll make sure I get things done properly for you! Thanks again....... Nick
