I found Cascade in a Google search. I called and spoke to Kimberly to arrange pick up of a vehicle in Pennsylvania for delivery to California. She was one of the best customer service representatives I have dealt with in a very long time. It is uncommon to get someone on the phone who is helpful, courteous and takes pride in their job. The Jeep was picked up on-time (early actually) and was delivered super fast and clean! The follw-up on Kimberly's part was fantastic and I felt like if there had been a problem, which there wasn't, that it would have been handled professionally and accurately. Fully recommended company! Excellent job Kimberly!
