This is the second time I have used Cascade Vehicle Shipping for a cross-country transport, and I have been satisfied with the service on both occasions. The representative who helped me with my order is Kimberly Freiley. She was professional and did a good job of getting answers from the towing company, which at times seemed disorganized. She also did well to respond to my calls in a timely manner.
I should note that Cascade Vehicle Shipping only offers their promised rebate if customers review their service. This stipulation has not affected my review, but I did not realize that this was necessary when a rebate was initially mentioned.
Overall, I found their service satisfactory.
