I was, and expect to be in the future, extremely satisfied with the cost, service, and attention to detail provided by Cascade Shipping. Jeff, my primary contact, maintained constant communication contact via emails and phone calls of any changes with the shipment. Even when Jeff was on break, another representative fielded my question to help finalize the order. He stated we all work together by helping each other with the bottom line of servicing the needs of the customer. All the representatives with which I dealt were courteous and professional. There is no need for anyone to try to arrange shipping by themselves when a company like Cascade is there to assist.
