Good service, solid performance

Shipped two vehicles cross-country, was quick and painless with Cascade's help. Only hiccups came from actual drivers, who showed up early on both counts. However, this wasn't Cascade's fault and they worked with us to resolve the problems, and were always available by phone to answer any questions.

Only other thing to keep in mind: If you use an open carrier, vehicles will arrive very dirty and in need of a bath. But it's nothing a quick car wash can't cure and everything got here ahead of schedule, so no complaints.
