Cascade arranged this shipping in 1 business day. My SUV was available Monday the 9th for pickup. It was supposed to be picked up Tuesday, but trucker had mechanical problems (Fan broke). SUV was picked up on Wednesday the 11th. Trucker called me as indicated and we arranged to meet in Sweetgrass on Saturday morning at 11. He was delayed by another customer and stopped by highway patrol for inspection. He arrived at 1:30 PM. Not a big deal for us. We helped him unload our vehicle and another that was in the way. No damage to our vehicle and reasonably clean as well. Trucker was very apologetic for being late and refused to take full payment. He gave us $40 back. His truck and trailer were quite old and worn, but seemed to do the job. Cascade did a great job arranging the service and keeping us informed along the way. Very professional group!
