First of all, I want to say I appreciate the integrity of Cascade Vehicle Shipping. I received several quotes from other companies and those companies used the old "bait and switch' tactic. One company quoted me $545 to move the vehicle from Montclair, CA to Ruidoso, NM. When I contaceted that company, they raised the quote nearly $400. When I called Cascade, I spoke with Jeff. Jeff demonstrates his high level of interpersonal skills by going beyond taking an anonymous telephone order and getting to know the customer for the short time of the conversation. I am very impressed with the delivery time from the moment I was notified via e-mail. The vehilce arrived and was delivered by a courteous personable driver. I would recommed Cascade Vehicle Shipping to any of my friends and I plan to use them for my next transport. Good Job Jeff and Cascade. For anyone out there that has never bought an automobile online through Ebay, Craigslist, and the like, there is always an element fearing a scam. I never felt uneasy with Cascade Vehicle Shipping and Jeff even provided me with information where I could inquire about the company.
