I originally contacted Around the Globe Auto Transport (do not use) and once I gave them my credit card info I had about a 5% success rate of getting through to a person. After reading their poor reviews, I contacted Cascade and got a person on the line within 10 seconds. Each subsequent call, I got a person as well. It gave me comfort knowing that if I had any concerns an actual person was available to talk to. The price was about middle of the road (which was fine) and my car got shipped only one day late, which is better than most reviews I've read, and arrived several days early.
Definitely a good service. I would use them again.
