I've been impressed with customer service provided by Cascade (Nicole in particular). It was easy to get hold of them, get all of my questions answered. Pickup was rescheduled a few times due to holidays but in the end the car arrived quickly, Nicole was quick to follow up with the driver and get back to me with updated pickup date. The transport was enclosed as promised, driver was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use this company again.
