I'd never had my car shipped before, but Cascade's service and on-time on both ends of the trip will cause me to do this again. My car was in impeccable condition on delivery and I knew the state of the process at all times. I called a couple of times as my shipped date approached and Jeff was courteous and patient with my questions. This was a wonderful experience. This saved me endless concerns about getting my car south – without taking on the snow covered passes between my home and my destination.
