I tried to use another company first that promised me a pick up time shorter than what Jeff Newell had promised. It was a disaster they never picked up the truck by the time they promised. Jeff explained to me from the beginning that the pick up time could be 10 days but since this was during the holidays it could be a little more. Good thing it was during that period.
During the waiting for pick up period I called the company and it seemed to me that the person on the phone did not have information available to answer my questions but it was not big of a deal.
After the pick up everything went smooth, I received phone calls and emails notifying me of the status of the shipment, and the driver who was doing the delivery call way ahead which gave me tplenty of time to prepare myself "get the money from the bank" to pay for the delivery.
I feel I was treted with honesty and in overall my experience was very good. I definitely will use this company again in the future.
