Trying to move a specialy car across country on short notice and booking it the day after Christmas adds a very high dimension of complexity. Michelle at Cascade was the only company that was honest enough to tell me that this was not going to be easy and it would take some time due to the holidays. She did not pressure me to throw money at the load to get someone to bite and say they would pick it up. Their network of drivers, especially Monty, are well worth any wait you have to endure. I managed a Transportation department for a large company for several years and know a good outfit when I deal with one. Unrealistic customer demands and expectations are 80% of the problems you see in the negative feedbacks related to transportation. I would use Cascade and deal with Michelle in a heartbeat the next time I have a need to move a vehicle. I will also wait for Monty to move my load. He is the best.
