I had to ship my car on relatively short notice (6 days after I first contacted them), and Cascade was able to find a carrier in time. This is a major plus. It was also approaching the holidays, so I'd imagine schedules were already tight. This is testament to Cascade's network of carriers, which I assume must be quite vast. My shipment was from Seattle to Boston.

The Cascade representative I dealt with was knowledgeable and prompt.

The deposit to Cascade was $265. "Deposit" is a misnomer as it is not refundable. A 3.5% fee was added on top of that because I paid with a credit card. The website and the terms e-mailed to me state that the fee is 3.5%. Not a big discrepancy, but unprofessional nonetheless.

Post-shipment, I encountered some communication difficulties with Cascade. Nothing major, but it was a little frustrating.
