The only good thing I can say is I got the car. Communication was woeful. I had to contact them for multiple times for status. Took off work twice with no delivery only to be told after the fact the delivery was rescheduled. Payment needs were not disclosed and created unnecessary last minute problems.

Stephen, Your vehicle was picked up 5 business days after we placed the order. In the terms and conditions it tells you it can take 1-7 business days to assign a carrier. When you called in on the 4th day, eager to get the vehicle picked up. I suggested that we put a little more money to the driver for a quicker pick up, that is usually what we do for expedited or immediate service. When I asked you if you would be okay with that you responded with a disrespectful and rude comment. From that point on I kept in contact with you by email because it was the best method available. Now when the vehicle was delivered to you, you called our company stating you had no idea there were two seperate payments to be made. It clearly states all of that information in our Terms and Conditions that we email to you with the quote. The first payment is the deposit for our company that is to be paid by either electronic check or credit card. The second is to the driver. Which is to be paid in cash or certified funds. I do apoplogize for the misunderstanding and any inconvinence this may have caused you.
