I was anxious at first to hand over my nice car to someone I just talked to on the phone. In addition, many other factors were contributing to my stress level. Even though I didn't get a definite pick up date, Taylor did a great job finding a trucker and getting my car picked up before the deadline. Everything went very smooth and the car came in great condition. I was given the name and number of the pick-up truck driver, who inspected and picked up the car. After my car was loaded on the main transporters truck, I was given truck drivers name & number who called me and updated on his location and estimated delivery date. Despite the snow storm we had in VA, the car was delivered on time safe and sound. Great company to deal with!

Tatyana- When I first heard your situation I remember telling you that this was the last thing I wanted you to worry about because there were some many things you were dealing with with such a big move.
