We were not mentioned about the COD on delivery of the vehicle. It was a bank holiday and we had a hard time finding an ATM that would have the amount available. We had to borrow money from friends to pick up the car.
We were annoyed and refused to pay the 3% charge on credit card.
I hope communications are better next time.

Kinjal, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I make sure to tell all of my customers that the drivers like COD and I'm sorry if i did not make that clear enough. It also states in the terms and conditions that the deposit is due at pick up with credit card or check and the remaining balance is due to the driver upon delivery with either cash, or certified funds.
