Tina, I am sorry there was confusion on the payment. What actually happend was when you placed your order our company AUTHORIZED you credit card for the amount of $274.27 which is the amount of the agreed upon deposit. When the carrier was scheduled he requested a higher amount so OUR COMPANY reduced the deposit amount to $200 and the balance was paid to the driver. the authorization will show a different amount than the actual transaction but you were not charged any more than the agreed amount of the original quote. This was explained to you on both occasions you contacted us regarding this and I know your statement will reflect this on the next billing cycle.
