Michelle was our contact person and she was exceptionally helpful. This was our first experience shipping a car. We shipped our son's car from his Navy duty station to our home while he went out to sea. We really didn't have an exact ship out date until just a few days before he left. So, Michelle had to work with me to coordinate a time and place for the pick up in Virginia. It was not the easiest order for as she had to coordinate the pick up through me, for him. Anyway, she was patient, helpful and courteous with us and our son's car arrived in Nevada right on time. Thank you!
