Doug, I am sorry that you are upset. The reason you have not received your rebate yet is THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU COMPLETED A SURVEY. I have contacted you several times notifying you that the survey needs to be completed inorder to recieve the rebate check, I have even sent you STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this. To this day this is the ONLY review you have posted so far. And in our last conversation when we talked about your transport experience YOU GAVE RAVING REVIEWS ON OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ON MY PROMPT AND CURTEOUS RESPONSES TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND TO THE DRIVERS KNOWLEDGE AND KINDNESS. I explained to you that this is the last step but for some reason you never completed this, and because of that you are upset at OUR COMPANY. I hope you are enjoying your vehicle and good luck on your next transport.
