I had to ship a Mercedes E320 from Miami Beach, Florida to San Luis Obispo, California in a timely manner. My first inquiry was answered by Michelle, and she was the shipping agent who handled all of the transactions from that point on. She was readily available, polite, knowledgeable, and professional in all her dealings. In the instances where I left her a message, she always called back in a timely manner on the same business day. I should mention that my shipping order became complicated when I suddenly could not receive the vehicle on the date that I originally requested, and I had to ask Michelle to completely restart the order for a different shipping date to accommodate my schedule and my finances. She did this without hesitation although I am sure it was a hassle for her. Thank you to Michelle and to Cascade for a seamless transaction. My vehicle arrived in excellent condition.
