Should put canada and provinces on your pick a state area on the form, and customer address. I cannot find province or country just able to enter city and postal code. I did have numerous questions re shipping, i found Brenda to be excellent answering and the patience pertaining to the questions i asked. I was also able to contact the driver easily and the trucking company was also re-assuring with the question i had. Although the vechile has not arrived as of yet i feel very confident their will be no problems,
