Cascade made shipping our car to Hawaii very easy. There was a one day delay on the pickup since the truck got stuck by a large snow storm. Cascade followed up with us and the trucking company to verify that our car would still make it to the port in time for the ship it was supposed to sail on. They were prepared to use a different trucking company or to get the car to another port to still meet our desired delivery date. Due to the holidays (Christmas and New Years) there was some delay in getting the car offloaded and available at the port, but that had nothing to do with Cascade. The delay actually worked out Ok for us in that we didn't go over our "free" storage days allotted at the port until we arrived in Hawaii. I would definitely recommend Cascade and if we need to ship a car back to the mainland in a couple years we will use Cascade again.
