The customer serivce was exceptional. I can't think of anything your company could change to make it even better. The price was half what the dealership I bought the car from was charging and that is quite amazing and wonderful. My vehicle was picked up the same day I placed my order and delivered to me four days later which exceeded my expectations. (I was expecting it to take at least a week to get here.)

I have to say that the freedom to submit my oder online was also a nice featuer of Cascade Shipping. I was also notified by phone just as soon as a received my quote by e-mail which tells me that Cascade really cares about shipping cars.

The only small suggestion I may have is that the company contract person should really have a GPS in their vehicle. This lack of a GPS did not delay my shipment at all or inconvience me in anyway, but it would be a great benifit for the drive to have on and make their job much easier. Most people, like me, are quite terrbile at giving directions after all. (I do believe that I gave him adequate directions this time, however.)

Other than that, my car was delivered in pristine condition and I will both recommend this company to my friends and also use Cascade Shipping then next time I need a car delivered. My father recommended Cascade to me and I'm very satisified with his recommendation.

Brianna, thank you for that awesome 5 star review. im soo happy i was able to get your vehicle picked up the same day you placed your order. im sorry my driver wasnt GPS equiped next time ill make sure to place you with a carrier with that feature. if you have any other future shipping needs or knows of anyone who does ii hope you choose cascade.
