This shipper really stand up to all the promises made. Jolene and Adriana were really helpful to start from the origin location and Brenda towards the closure of this process. Thanks CASCADE for keeping me informed. "Gotcha" was the name of the driver, he was the only driver throughout from coast to coast and he was very curteous to take my call each time I called and kept me aware of where he was. so it was very convenient to have someone receive at the delivery point. The delivery was a day earlier than promised, and I was made aware of this well ahead of delivery time. Hats off for safe, secure, ontime delivery. I would certainly recommend you to my friends and colleagues.
