This is my second experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping (which is a broker, not a carrier). It has excellent customer service, from taking the order, to contacting you about the progress of your order, to confirming pick-up and delivery. I had no problem reaching them or getting updates. The initial quoted price was revised upwards by $90, based on the carrier's demand. They tend to screen their carriers, but the initial one chosen for this transaction had poor reviews on this site. I asked them to find another one, and they did (after looking for it for another 4 days). Overall, nice experience.
