CARS DAMAGED, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, INCORRECT INFORMATION!!!!!

I gave this company a 1 1/2 month window for my 2 cars to be transfered from RI to CA. It was getting close to my departure date & I had still not heard anything from Cascade about when my cars were going to be picked up. I had to call them several times & all they could say is "a carrier hasn't responded to us so we don't know when we will be able to pick them up." They finally called me one night around 8pm 2 days before I was flying across country & said the carrier will be there tomorrow morning to get your cars. That made that night hell, I had to go home & get the cars ready to be shipped, more notice would have been very helpful! Then Brenda said that she would be calling me after the cars arrived so she could see how the shipment went. Once my cars arrived they arrived on a different truck than they left on, something that Cascade swore would not happen. They dropped of my cars & the driver left. As I got in my car later that night I noticed that my car would turn to the left severely without me touching the wheel, my alignment was insanely off & was not in that condition when I had given it to them to be shipped. For an alignment to be off that much the car needed to suffer a big hit or trama. Then my wife's car had a brand new quarter sized dent in the hood. Once Brenda from Cascade never called me, she emailed me about 3 weeks after the cars had been dropped off & told me to write a review. I informed her of the damages on my car & she said that there was nothing they could do about it, the only thing they could do is send me the $50 check for writing this review, they could not reimburse me for any damages to the vehicles. I had wrote many emails to Brenda, that she did not respond to, I would have to call her after 2 unanswered emails & ask the status only for her to blame the unreplied to emails on her IT department. So if you would like to pay top dollar to ship your cars, have customer service people who have absolutely no clue when your car is going to be picked up or dropped off, get your car damaged in the process & then get no compensation or support from Cascade when all said & done, use Cascade. I would never ever wish this experience on anyone, do yourself a favor & go with a different shipping company, one who actually cares about their customers. The only reason Cascade vehicle shipping has so many reviews is that they pay them $50 to write a review on their company. They do not research the companies they choose to ship your cars at all.

This customer did place early and was told that most carrier do wait until the vehicle is already available until they actually schedule the pick up. We had him scheduled 5days before the end of his pick up window and the vehicles were delivered early. He did not contact us about any damages until 10 days AFTER his vehicles had been delivered. It clearly states in our terms and conditions that 'If damage to the vehicle should occur, all money owed for the transport must be paid to the carrier to initiate a claim. Damage must be properly noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by both the carrier and shipper (or agent). Without proper notation of damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading, shipper (or agent) verifies that the vehicle was received in good condition. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. must be notified by phone within 24 hours of delivery of the damage.' This was not done. I have responded to ALL emails that i have received from Jeff. I am not sure if it is my email account or his that was causing the issue of the emails not going through as i have received NO complaints from my other customers about this and have received his emails late or not at all unless he resent them. I do appologize about this situation but if i had proper notification about the damage then we would have been able to work with the carrier and Jeff to make sure his vehicles were repaired. ~~~~Brenda 360-834-7898 Brenda@cascadevehicleshipping.com~~~~
