Jeff and I got off to a slow start after the initial contact due to some misunderstanding by me. After some time we got on the same page and Jeff went the extra mile to make sure that my car was assigned a truck. Once a truck was assigned things went very smooth. Driver picked up the car on Monday and delivered it to my son on Friday. Jeff stayed in contact by phone as well as by email. The actual price ended up being more than the original quote but there was mutual agreement between myself and Jeff (Part of the original misunderstanding). I would definitely use Cascade's services in the future if needed.

Mike I want to thank you for your patients and understanding. If just goes to show no matter how hard we try to be perfect we still have that human factor that can get in the way.
