jeff was great. he gave me excellent customer service. our 1st available pick up date was may 17th and jeff called us a few days after we placed our order and give us the name of the transport company and said they will be picking up on the 17th which was PERFECT since that was my 1st available pick up date. all the instructions jeff gave me was exactly what happened. our total transport cost from colorado to california was $650. everything went so smoothly and the car was perfect when it arrived. jeff made me feel very comfortable. we will definitely wwill be using cascade again. thanks again jeff
