I was generally very satisfied. The only glitches were (1) the transporter wanted an additional $50 over the original quote (which Casade informed me of before the truck arrived arrived) and (2) I didn't find out until the pickup date that the driver would not pick up or drop off in residential neighborhoods, so I had to drive to meet him.
