Would have appreciated an 800 (toll free) number that works for Hawaii. Comment was made to use my cell phone to call long distance. Did not receive prompt status report from Jeff since car sat at dock for a few days, and I finally called the day before estimated delivery date to ask for an update on delivery. I know late delivery was trucker's fault, but I would have appreciated an email or call to keep me informed.

Sandra I wanted to thank you for choosing Cascade Vehicle Shipping for your auto transport. I am a bit confused tho. I'm not sure how using your cell phone to call me affected how my customer was. Your ship reservation was waiting for you when you droped your car off in Hawaii. The first day your car was ready to be picked up was on Tuesday, Your Estimated day of pick up was Wednesday. We talked on Wednesday for the first time because there was nothing for me to report to you until then. We also talked everyday after that. Yes the truck did have problems on the road on his way to the port but thats why it is an estiment, things can happen on the road. Your car was picked up Friday morning first thing and was delivered two day later on a Sunday, well within the parameter of our agreement.
