When I contacted Cascade Shipping I spoke with Brenda. She was very polite, informative, and knowledgeable. She asnwered any questions I had willlingly and patiently. She explained the process to me very well. I called back a few days after the first date I wanted my car picked up. She again was polite and said she was hopeful the pick up would be within the 10 day period. It was. She then explained to me the process of the car being picked up and by whom. She again answered my questions politely. I feel like she was willing to take all the time needed to make me at ease in the transport of my car. My only concern was that I had to pay $100 more than I was first quoted. I realize the area of pick up is remote but I really thought this had been taken into consideration when I first called and received my quote. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would use this company again if I needed to transport another vehicle.
