Diligent effort on JoAnn's part in obtaining a good solution to a slightly unpopular pickup location. In spite of this, several options were made available within the first week of the transport request. I've dealt with other transport companies in the past and I'd rate this experience the best. I do not believe you'll be disappointed in their service.
