Pick-up SNAFU meant much stress but cars were early and in excellent shape

My experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping for a cross-country vehicle move was extremely stressful because the original agent with whom I was in contact, Adriana (who I'm told has since left the company) made an error inputting my scheduled car move date. I told her I wanted a June 21 ship date, and she confirmed this. However, she had put May 21 instead of June into Cascade's computer system. As a result, I was called on May 21 asking if my cars had been picked up, to which I responded "Um, you're a month early, fix this!" I was told that things would be fixed and that I shouldn't worry. On the actual date I had contracted for, June 21, I found out that Cascade had completely dropped the ball. No arrangements whatsoever had been made to have my vehicles picked up. So I wound up in touch with Jeff at Cascade, who, to his credit, was able to scramble and get me a pick-up two days later, the last day I was in town. But it meant that I had to make phone calls every hour on the hour asking for updates and until the very last minute I wasn't sure whether or not my cars would be moving across the country or not. When you make arrangements several months in advance, you don't want to be stressing over whether it's going to happen or not, and this is exactly what happened with Cascade. That being said, the actual transport service I received after the cars were picked up was stellar. The cars arrived five days early, looking almost exactly like they did on the other side of the country.

Jonathan, We got your car picked up before you left town and delivered early. Yes we had a date wrong on the order but fixed it right away. At no time did we ever drop the ball as you put it sometimes it just takes longer to find a truck which we did (on time). The fact that I did have to dig in and scramble to find you a carries (on time) just goes to show that we are willing to do what it takes to take care of our customers. Also your car arrived early.
