Cody at Cascade Vehicle Shipping was friendly, helpful, honest, up front, and straightforward with me regarding the pick up window for my vehicle, the central dispatch bid and the estimated delivery date of my vehicle. Things went very smooth and my vehicle arrived in the same shape as when I shipped it.

Cost of my order #6191161 was $936, which includes a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. The bid Cascade put in central dispatch for a trucking company to pick up my order was $663. So, Cascade's fee was in essence $273. That seems a little on the high side compared to competitors, but the cost of doing business "right" (e.g. insurance, etc) may increase their costs over less responsible competitors. They also offer a $50 rebate for filling out a review on this site.

I had previously went through another broker, but their stated pick up date came and went without even a phone call from the broker. It was relief to find an honest, customer service oriented broker like Cascade to take care of me.
