When it became apparent that the carrier could not meet required timing on the delivery date I called Brenda to see if I could possibly pick up the vehicle at an alternate location and maintain my time schedule. Brenda arranged for delivery even more convenient than I had suggested which still satisfied my time constraints and met the carriers needs for expedited shipments on the same load. Very well done!
