I was very pleased with my experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. JoAnn was very helpful. I really had no idea what to expect, never having dealt with this situation before. I had to have my car shipped up from FL and I had no idea how I was going to do it. I went online and looked up car transport. Several companies sent me a quote, but only Cascade followed up to see if I had selected anyone yet. When I called, JoAnn took all my information and within an hour she called back to let me know my vehicle was being picked up in 2 days and I would have it within the week. I was putting this off for so long and once I made the call, I had the car up here in 5 days. JoAnn called to let me know when my vehicle was picked up and when to expect it. I had a question and I was able to reach JoAnn and get my answer right away. I would recommend JoAnn and Cascade to anyone looking to transport their vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience.
