I recommend Cascade when shipping your vehicle. They communicated and kept me informed throughout the process. The customer service representative handled the pick up fairly well by providing a number of dates that worked best for my schedule. The pick up was on time. The only glitch was drop off to Matson. I received a call from the initially carrier that they were not authorized to leave the car with Matson for the next leg of the trip. I immediately called and got in touch with Jeff who was able to handle the issue. The car arrive a couple of days earlier than promised in good condition. Overall it was a good experience.
