Kimberly was great to work with. However Kimberly had an emergency and left for a period. Jeff took over and things went south from there. He did not return calls and failed to find a carrier for the quote given. Of course this happened after my window of pick up and my departure date. He then said we should probably get a new quote. Feeling suckered but boxed in, I agreed tothis to get my car delivered in a timely manner. It cost me over $200 more than original quote.
