The was our first experience at shipping a vehicle and Jeff made it very easy. He was helpful and informative and kept us well informed of the status of our car. It was very easy, worry-free, and therefore a very pleasant experience. Doniel (our driver) was professional, on time, and very personable. He was very reassuring and took the time to explain to us how it would all work and even called ahead to make sure the receiver would be able to make the times we had arranged. Overall, I would use the service again in a heartbeat when I have to ship a car again.
