What happened to my rebate?

Other potential customers should be aware of this situation when making their choice of shippers. The price of my vehicle shipping included a $50 rebate, which was supposed to be sent to me by mail within 6-8 weeks of delivery. When the rebate never arrived in the agreed amount of time, I called the company to let them know that I would be leaving the country in a couple weeks and needed them to expedite delivery so it would arrive before I left. I was assured by the woman answering the phone that someone from customer service would phone me within 24 hours to sort it out (this was about 5-6 weeks ago). I never received such phone call, or the check.

Last week, I sent an email to Jeff, who had been so helpful during the sale and during the delivery period, explaining the situation, asking him to let me know when I could expect my rebate to arrive (someone is monitoring my mail back home to let me know if it arrives). Jeff never responded to my email. I am very disappointed and hope that someone from the company sees this review and contacts me via email immediately to explain why the company is withholding the $50 owed to me.

I am out of the country, so I cannot be contacted by telephone (if you leave a voicemail on my US line I will not receive it for several months). You have my email address.

Other than this issue, I was delighted with the shipping service itself, as I posted in my review after just having received my car. But the company needs to honor its rebate.

Subject: Would use them next time Review: This is the first time I've had a vehicle shipped and at first I was wary about the process, but it was completely stress-free and simple. Cascade Vehicle Shipping did a great job communicating very quickly and thoroughly with me throughout the entire process. My car was picked up just a couple of days after I requested shipment, and it was delivered a couple of days later in perfect condition. I would definitey recommend this company to friends or family who need to ship a vehicle in the future. I can't think of anything to improve the process or the service - it really was great.
